Matthew has been working for global investment banks and technology firms for more than 18 years. Before founding Odes LLC, with his partners, Matthew worked for data and technology companies such as Feedzai, Bloomberg and Numerix in New York, Miami and Mexico City. Matt also worked in the LATAM derivatives group of Deutsche Bank Securities in New York covering banks, hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies and corporations throughout the region.

Matt has been committed to expanding Latin American markets with disruptive technologies and has overseen the success of multiple high-growth sales and product launches throughout the region.

Matt studied at the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas obtaining a degree in Economics and a Master’s of Business Administration focused on International Business from Schiller International University in Spain, Madrid. Matt is also fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
