Internationalist with experience in the Diplomatic / Consular sector of the Italian Embassy in Santo Domingo. He also has knowledge of international business techniques and foreign policy structure. Arturo studied International Relations and Diplomacy at the Universidad Católica Santo Domingo (UCSD) and Modern Languages from the Instituto Lingüístico G. Marconi in Pescara, Italy, thus fluently mastering English, Spanish and Italian.

Arturo focuses on the practice and technical administrative management of the functions performed by Odes Consultoria S.R.L. including global procurement, process optimization for Odes clients, and international capital introduction initiatives for Latin America.
